Refund Policy

At Vision Tech B.V. (“NimeScan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments made for NimeScan’s services and subscriptions.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through NimeScan, including subscription fees, are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Management and Cancellation
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it if you no longer wish to continue using NimeScan Premium. You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- App settings: Navigate to your account settings within the NimeScan app.
- App store:If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, manage and cancel your subscription through the respective store’s subscription settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle will result in continued charges, for which no refunds will be provided.
3. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial and do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund terms apply.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorised transactions: If a charge was made without your authorisation and you report it promptly.
- Service unavailability: If the Services were substantially unavailable for an extended period during your paid subscription.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge at support@nimescan.com with your account details and a description of the issue.
5. App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies may also apply. You may need to contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests related to purchases made through their platforms.
6. EU/EEA Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you have a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by using the Services immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting early performance and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided.
If you did not expressly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal, you may be entitled to a full refund within the 14-day withdrawal period. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@nimescan.com.

By subscribing to NimeScan’s services or making any purchase, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy. This policy is subject to and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
